Data Use and Licensing
Every dataset carries its own source, provenance, privacy, and reuse terms.
CourtScope code is AGPL-3.0. Court records and derived datasets may have different rights and restrictions. Download pages identify attribution, redistribution, commercial-use, and prohibited-use rules for each release.
