You may not use the site or datasets for harassment, doxxing, discrimination, voter suppression, unlawful profiling, automated legal decisions, judicial targeting, or unauthorized resale. Dataset-specific terms control reuse.
Submission authority
By uploading city data, you represent that you are authorized to provide the package for CourtScope review, that the declared scope and known gaps are described accurately, and that the automated repository-ready package contains no prohibited direct identifiers. Uploading a file does not guarantee acceptance, publication, scoring, or continued retention.
